The projectiles can be separated in 5 categories.
Generators
Once you place the generator on your pedestal, you can get as many of these as you want.
Eggs
The eggs are laid by birds during an encounter (they get stressed around enemies).
Bombs
You get a limited amount of bombs, but you will recover one at the end of every encounter.
Resources
You can load the resources you find in your cannon, they are great projectiles (as long as you don't miss).
Wildlife
You monster.
